Chapter 5 – It’s Time to Move On!

Another chapter title that sounds very frightening, yet this phase is also very important if you’re serious about getting the man you have a crush on.

What do I mean by moving on? By “moving on” I mean that it’s time for you to work on your “inner game.” Getting the guy you have a crush on will be much harder if you cannot stop thinking about him at all times. You need to be able to move on at some level so that you will rid yourself of any needy behavior around him. Most girls act “weird” around the guys they like because they feel flustered around them and most of the time, they don’t even realize it.

You have to let go mentally.

This probably sounds like the last thing you want to do, but trust me, if you want to be able to attract him into your life, you have to move on. Otherwise, when you’re around him, your body language will betray you and you’ll turn him off.

•Delete his phone number from your speed dial and from your phone all together, so you’re not reminded of him each time you scroll through your phone’s contacts. Write his number down on a piece of paper and hide it somewhere if you need to.

•Erase any electronic traces of him, which includes emails and messages. You can also delete him from your instant messaging accounts, including Skype, MSN, GChat, etc.

•If you both have a Facebook profile, don’t delete him from your friends list. You will use it to your advantage (more on this later). You’ll be tempted to view his profile 50 times a day, but you’re going to have to resort to a lot self-control here—do not view his profile like some raving, mad stalker.

Start thinking about other men sexually and no matter what you do, don’t allow yourself to think about the guy you like.
